Who Owns Brocket Hall Now

The current leaseholder and operator of Brocket Hall is Brocket Hall (Holding) Limited, controlled by Chinese director Meng Xu, following its acquisition out of administration in early 2020^[3]. The registered directors as of 2025 include Meng Xu, Lee Williams, and Qian Wang, according to Companies House filings^[7]. The Hall, however, remains the ancestral seat of the Brocket family, with the freehold held by Lord Brocket and his family trusts, while management and operational control are maintained by the leaseholder^[1].
