Who Owns Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris is wholly owned by The Walt Disney Company through its subsidiary Euro Disney S.A.S., which is responsible for the operation of Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, France[4]. Before 2017, the resort was controlled by a publicly listed company, Euro Disney S.C.A., with Disney as a minority stakeholder. However, in 2017, The Walt Disney Company initiated and completed a full buyout by acquiring more than 97% of shares and subsequently delisting the company, making Disneyland Paris the first Disney theme park resort outside the United States to be wholly owned by Disney[2][6].

The resort includes Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park (to be renamed Disney Adventure World), Disney Village, and several Disney hotels. Since the buyout, Disney has invested significantly in expanding and upgrading the resort[4].
