The company InPost is primarily owned by private equity group Advent International, together with its founder Rafał Brzoska. Advent led a consortium that acquired a controlling stake in InPost in 2017, alongside the company’s management and some minority shareholders.
InPost went public on the Amsterdam stock exchange in January 2021, which means that shares are now publicly traded and part of the company is owned by investors who hold InPost stock. Despite the IPO, Advent International remains a significant shareholder, and founder Rafał Brzoska retains a notable stake and continues to lead the company as CEO. Other shares are distributed among institutional and public investors after the IPO.
