Kenco Coffee is owned by JDE Peet’s, a global coffee and tea company headquartered in the Netherlands[1][3][7][6]. JDE Peet’s was formed through the merger of the coffee division of Mondelez International and Douwe Egberts, and currently holds a large portfolio of coffee brands, including Kenco[6].
JDE Peet’s itself is majority-owned by the German investment firm JAB Holding Company, which increased its stake after buying out minority shares from Mondelez[3].
