The Lady Moura yacht is currently owned by Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego, who purchased it in 2021 from Saudi Arabian businessman Nasser Al-Rashid[1][2][3][4][5]. Al-Rashid was the original owner, commissioning the yacht, which was built by Blohm + Voss and launched in 1990[1].
The acquisition was managed by yacht broker Camper & Nicholsons, and the sale price was reported at around USD $125 million[1][2][3][4]. Ricardo Salinas Pliego, the new owner, is well known in the Mexican business sector as the founder and chairman of Grupo Salinas[5].
