Nukeproof Bikes is now owned by Belgian Cycling Factory, having been acquired in early 2025 from the Frasers Group, which itself had previously taken control of Nukeproof through its acquisition of Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles[1][3][5][8]. Belgian Cycling Factory, led by CEO Jochim Aerts, also owns other major cycling brands such as Ridley and Eddy Merckx, and plans to relaunch Nukeproof through its extensive dealer network, with key members of the original Nukeproof team joining in the transition[1][3][5].
