Who Owns Ogx

OGX, the hair and personal care brand, is owned by Kenvue, a company that became the parent in 2016 when OGX joined its family of brands^[5]. Prior to this, OGX was developed and sold by Vogue International, which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2016 for $3.3 billion, resulting in the OGX line transferring to Johnson & Johnson^[1]. In recent years, following the separation of Kenvue from Johnson & Johnson, Kenvue has been referenced as OGX’s current parent company^[3].
