After a recent share placing, insiders collectively retain a little over 40% of the shares, while the free float (shares held by public investors) is approximately 50%, and institutional investors own around 35% of the share capital[1].
Major institutional shareholders include Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd. (5.9%), Mudita Advisors LLP (5.4%), Norges Bank Investment Management (3.3%), Raymond James & Associates (2.5%), and JPMorgan Asset Management (1.3%)[5].
