Who Owns Ferrari F1 Team

The Ferrari F1 team, officially known as Scuderia Ferrari HP, is owned in a three-way split:

  • 67.09% is publicly traded, with shares available on the New York and Milan stock exchanges. This means the majority of Ferrari is owned by public shareholders[1][2][4].
  • 22.91% is owned by Exor N.V., the investment holding company of the Agnelli family, who were also the founders of Fiat. Exor is Ferrari’s largest single shareholder[1][4][6].
  • 10% is owned by Piero Ferrari, the son of company founder Enzo Ferrari. Piero Ferrari also acts as vice chairman, maintaining the Ferrari family’s presence within the company[1][2][4].

Ferrari became a publicly traded company in 2015 after separating from Fiat. Today, while Exor N.V. remains its largest shareholder, broad public ownership and the Ferrari family’s interest together define the team’s unique mix of heritage and market presence[1][6].
