Nuii ice cream is owned and produced by Froneri, an international ice cream company that is a joint venture between Nestlé and the private equity firm PAI Partners.[2][5] Froneri is the world’s second largest ice cream manufacturer and introduced the Nuii brand to European markets in late 2018 with a focus on premium, indulgent ice cream stick products.[2][1] While some sources mention Nestlé as a parent company, this is due to Nestlé’s significant ownership stake in Froneri, which manages and owns Nuii as a brand.[5][7]
