Who Owns Randox

Randox is a privately owned health and toxicology company headquartered in Crumlin, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The company is owned by Dr. Peter FitzGerald, who founded Randox in 1982^[1]. Dr. FitzGerald remains the principal owner and managing director^[5]. In March 2020, the company was restructured so that its ultimate parent is Randox (IOM) Ltd, based in the Isle of Man, a move that the company stated was “to support any future transfer of company ownership to future generations.”^[1]
