Who Owns OnlyFans?
OnlyFans is owned by Yekaterina Chudnovsky. Companies House records her as holding 75% or more of Fenix International Limited, the London company that operates the platform, notified 20 March 2026 — the day Leonid Radvinsky, its owner since 2018, ceased. Radvinsky died that day, aged 43. In May 2026 Architect Capital took a minority stake at a reported $3.15bn valuation. Ownership verified 6 September 2026.
Who owns Onlyfans today?
The company is FENIX INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (10354575), incorporated 1 September 2016 and registered at 107 Cheapside, London. OnlyFans is a British company, which surprises most people who assume it is American.
Its sole active person with significant control is Yekaterina Chudnovsky, resident in the United States, holding 75% or more of shares and of voting rights with the right to appoint and remove directors, notified 20 March 2026.
This is one of the few profiles on this site where the register gives a complete, current, individual answer — no holding chain, no fund, no offshore vehicle.
Ultimate parent and corporate structure
There is no parent. Fenix International Limited sits at the top of its own structure and is privately held.
The name is the first obstacle. Nothing about “Fenix International” indicates OnlyFans, and the register offers no help: searching for OnlyFans returns a long list of dissolved companies registered by unconnected people, including ONLYFANS CAKES LTD, ONLYFANS FACTORY LTD, ONLYFANS STARS LTD and — genuinely — ONLYFANSANDAIRCON LIMITED, a Hull business whose name reads differently than intended. Every company on Companies House called OnlyFans is dissolved. The platform has never been registered under its own name.
There are also unrelated Fenix companies, including one in liquidation that previously traded as Fenix International Holdings Limited. The operator is 10354575, and nothing else identifies it reliably.
Major shareholders or controlling persons
Chudnovsky is the majority owner and, on the register, the only registrable controller. She is Radvinsky’s widow, and reporting describes the holding as passing to her on his death rather than through a sale.
In May 2026, Architect Capital acquired a minority stake reported at 16% for around $535m, implying a valuation near $3.15bn. That is materially below the figures discussed in 2025, when a consortium led by the Forest Road Company was reported in talks at up to roughly $7–8bn. Those talks never completed, and the gap between the two numbers is the clearest available measure of how the company’s prospects were reassessed.
No band change was recorded for Chudnovsky alongside the Architect Capital investment, so she remains registered at 75% or more.
Official records and evidence
The company number, the September 2016 incorporation, every PSC entry, band and date on this page comes from Companies House for 10354575 and can be checked directly. The ownership history here is register-verified end to end, which is unusual for a private company of this size.
What the register does not establish is the money or the relationships. The $3.15bn valuation, the 16% stake, the collapsed Forest Road talks and the circumstances of the March 2026 transfer come from company announcements and press reporting, not from any filing. Fenix files accounts, so its revenues and the dividends paid to its owner are on the public record, but valuations are not.
Companies House does not verify most filed information.
Ownership history and changes
OnlyFans was founded in 2016 by Tim Stokely, from Harlow in Essex, with a reported £10,000 loan from his father — and the register tracks the whole sequence:
- 1 September 2016 — Petra Ouwehand, resident in the Netherlands, notified at more than 50% but less than 75% of shares and votes, from incorporation.
- 19 November 2016 — she ceases; Guy Robert Stokely, resident in England, is notified at more than 50% but less than 75% of shares. Guy Stokely is the founder’s father, a retired banker, and the source of the initial loan.
- 3 October 2018 — he ceases; Leonid Radvinsky, resident in the United States, is notified at 75% or more of shares and votes. This is the sale of control.
- 20 March 2026 — Radvinsky ceases; Yekaterina Chudnovsky is notified on the same day.
Two features are worth drawing out. The 2018 change is a genuine transfer of control, not a reorganisation — a different individual, a different country, a higher band. And the founder himself, Tim Stokely, never appears on the PSC register at all: the registrable holding sat with his father from November 2016. Stokely left the company in 2021.
The pattern of a father financing a business and holding the shares is common in small British companies. It is very unusual to find it at the origin of a company later valued in the billions, preserved on the public record.
Related companies and brands
Fenix International Limited operates OnlyFans and the associated OFTV service. It is not part of any larger group and has no consumer brands beyond the platform.
It is not connected to Patreon, Substack, Fansly or any other creator platform, all separately owned. Tim Stokely has since been reported launching a rival platform, which is a separate business with no ownership link to OnlyFans.
Payment processing, age verification and content moderation are handled under contracts with third parties rather than by companies Fenix owns — so several of the functions people associate with OnlyFans belong to businesses with entirely different owners. In Britain, the platform’s obligations under the Online Safety Act are a matter for Ofcom, and are separate from the question of who owns it.
